Zen Center of Fresno will offer an eight-session class for beginning and continuing meditators. The sessions will be from 6:00 to 7:30 pm on Wednesday evenings, beginning April 10th and concluding on May 29th. These classes will be led by ordained Zen priests in the Shunryu Suzuki lineage. Course content includes meditation and instruction on Zen ritual and chanting, including the Heart Sutra and Metta Sutta. Suggested donation is $10 per session. The Central Valley Zen Foundation (CVZF) is a non-profit religious organization devoted to the teaching and practice of Zen Buddhism.
